Kein Onlinespiel möglich Update dafür wird nicht Installiert

Ich habe AR2 installiert und Yuris Rache.
Das Update lässt sich nicht vollstänig installieren. > Meldung: old file not found. however a file of the same name found, no update done since file contents do not math.Path error. exsiting games files may have been modified. you should re install the game from the cd. > 7x gemacht
Und wenn ich ofline spiele kommt oft die meldung: red alert2 has encountered an internal error. and is unable to continue normaly please visit our website at. http://www.westwood.com for the latest updates and technical support. dann geht es wieder wie anfangs los
An Westwood habe ich auch schon eine mail hingeschickt >> am 07.02.03 und leider noch keine antwort bekommen.
Vielleicht bekomme ich hier einige hilfreiche Tip´s
