Dear Westwood Team,
We are the leaders of the german "Emperor" Battle Clan [SEUCHE].
We have some real questions which needs some real answers, that means no standard-alibi-blablabla-answers as we already got from you a few days ago.

Here we go...

1. For two weeks we can´t add new members to our clan. An error appears "ID unknown". We´ve got a couple of new members which wanted to be added... so this is really important to us.

2. fanmpas
We downloaded all maps hosted by dune2k.com.
But it seems like there is an general failure.
Although every single player has got the map the error "user hasn´t the map" appears.
example: player Anton choose the fanmap "kill" - player Bert got the error "bert hasnt the map"
Bert opens and choose the same map "kill" - player Anton got the error "Bert hasn´t the map".
any idea?

3. German support
any moderator posted anything in the boards for weeks, even your german westwood emperor-section website isn´t up to date anymore. So what´s the matter?

There are a lot of things more, which could be discussed but that should be all for the moment.

At the moment your bahavior seems like a slap right in the middle of the face of every single emperor/westwood fan.

Please give a true statement of what´s goin on around emperor and don´t send your fans out in the desert anymore by being silent!

That´s not a fair kind of business, isn´t it?

These sentences goes also out as open letter to your messageboards, ´cause this belongs to everyone.

If you don´t replie to our contentment, be sure we will contact several german pc games magazines and will try to warn eacht other players buying westwood products.
