Nach Suche nach den Daten hab ich die zwar nicht gefunden, dafür aber etwas anderes.

The use of anything other than the game to connect to any of
the XWIS servers is prohibited.
Promoting of non XWIS related websites, cheats/cheat sites
will result in a permanent serial ban.

This is to control advertising, spamming, flooding, swearing,
and other forms of unsociable behaviour to help to
keep the lobby's a fun environment for all age groups.

The bot will issue 15 minute Chat Bans. Which means you will
not be able to chat in the lobby for 15 minutes if you get
banned. However, you will be able to chat whilst playing games.
You will need to leave the server and log back in
to start chatting again after your ban ends.
