C&C Gold patch 1.06 is here!
 

Finally, after months of work, the patch is done :)

Some of the most notable changes:

• 1024x768-Auflösung verfügbar
• Geplänkel-Modus hinzugefügt (denkt dran die KI hat nur Einheiten, keine Basis)
• Infantrie/Zivilisten Grafiken, Einheiten-Namen und Einsatzbeschreibungen nicht länger zensiert
• Einheiten- und Gebäude-Namen zu allen Icons hinzugefügt
• LAN Spieler auf 6 erhöht
• Ausnahme-Zustand Missionen hinzugefügt (ohne Addon spielbar)
• Dinosaurier-Grafiken funktionieren auch außerhalb des Funpark-Modus
• Man kann jetzt bei Heliports das Primär-Gebäude einstellen, so dass man verhindern kann das neu gebaute Flugeinheiten vom Rand der Karte eingeflogen kommen
• Die versteckten Beta-Optionen in der conquer.ini editierbar gemacht, in einer neuen [Advanced]- Sektion
• "Sofort, Sir!" Infantrie Antwort gefixt; wurde wegen eines Tippfehlers nicht abgespielt
• Alle versteckten Musik-Tracks aktiviert
• Einige Missionen gefixt in denen die Produktion der KI nicht gestartet wurde, so dass keine Einheiten und Gebäude nachgebaut wurden
• Die Ukraine-Mission wieder aktiviert, die durch ein Duplikat einer der Deutschland-Missionen ersetzt worden war

Yeah, very nice. I'm going to test it tomorrow and then give you a first feedback. ;)

It works on the CD version and on TFD, but if you have TFD you may want to use the NoCD patch (I added a link to it now)

Note that there was a problem with the uncensored briefings for TFD. I fixed it now, so if you downloaded it before, you better download it again -_-


Oh, I don't know if I already posted this here, but I have a tool that allows you to install C&C95 from the original german CDs:

Start WinPack, click "Load packed file", open the file SETUP.Z in the "INSTALL" folder on the CD. Right-click on the "C&C95" folder inside and select "Extract a folder". Choose destination, press OK, and it's done :)
