Stats weg nach Neuinstallation?!

Da ich heute formatiert hab und deswegen RA3 neu installieren musste, sind jetzt auf einmal alle stats weg, auch die onlinestats?!
was soll das, kriegt EA das nicht mal gebacken das auf onlineserver zu stellen oder was soll das?!
